Pentagon security video
In response to a FOIA request, the U.S. Department of Defense released security camera footage captured on September 11, 2001.
Fact
The camera is the only one to have captured the impact of American Airlines Flight 77, albeit with rather poor quality due to the slow frames per second rate. Both Judicial Watch and Flight77.info submitted FOIA requests for the video.
Compare the following images, the triangle shape that appears in the second image but not others, would be the aircraft's tail. Images of the actual aircraft are also available here

Gas station and hotel security footage
Other security footage of interest to 9/11 conspiracy theorists include footage taken at a nearby Citgo gas station. It was confiscated by the FBI soon after the attacks, and withheld through the end of the Zacarias Moussaoui trial.
Gas station security cameras are designed to catch robbery suspects or drive-off gas thieves, thus would be pointed at gas pump areas as well as be located inside the Quik-Mart. It's unlikely for the Citgo to have cameras pointed away from the gas pumps, to be in proper line-of-sight to capture images of the plane and the impact. Also, the "frames per second" rate on the security cameras and recording devices would be fairly slow, so even if pointed in the correct direction, the capture rate would be insufficient to clearly capture an aircraft passing by at 500+ miles per hour.
In September 2006, the footage was finally released. The quality of the video is rather poor, with the screen showing split views of six cameras. Two are from inside the store, with the people there blurred for privacy reasons. The video doesn’t show anything clearly of the crash of American Airlines Flight 77. The security camera was pointing away from the Pentagon entirely, towards the gas station entrance on South Joyce Street. Though, at 4:43 in the video, a flash is visible in the upper right, which is probably the impact.

Sheraton hotel video
Conspiracy theorists also talked about security footage that was taken from a nearby hotel, believing that the hotel in question is the Sheraton. The Sheraton hotel is situated behind other buildings, which largely obstruct the line of sight between the hotel and the part of the Pentagon that was hit. As viewed from the Pentagon, the roof of the Sheraton is barely visible, peaking up from behind other buildings. Questions about the line of sight from the Sheraton are pointless anyway, as the Sheraton never had any security video on 9/11.
Some have purported that the “hotel” that the FBI took video from was the Sheraton. It did not have any video, nothing for the FBI to take.
“I also conducted a search of the FBI’s Electronic Case File system, Investigative Case Management system, and other evidence databases for any videotapes in the possession of the FBI from the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. I did not locate any such videotape”. - declaration of Jacqueline Maguire, FBI
The hotel in question is the Doubletree, which is located across I-395 from the Pentagon south parking lot. It has a view of a different side of the Pentagon than were the impact of Flight 77 happened. Keep in mind that I-395 is an elevated highway, so any Doubletree cameras would have at ground level absolutely are not in position to capture images of the plane.
