Fawaz al-Nashmi

Jump to: navigation, search

Fawaz al-Nashmi, also known as Turki bin Fhaid al-Mutairi, participated in a terrorist attack in Khobar (Saudi Arabia) against oil workers. He was killed in June 2004, during a shootout with Saudi authorities, soon after the kidnapping and beheading of an American engineer.[1]

Al-Nashmi was seen in video posted online in June 2006. The group that posted the video also posted a claim online that Al-Nashmi "was the man chosen by Osama bin Laden to be the 20th hijacker."[1]
