Take a look at this video created by JREF forum member, boloboffin. Notice the east mechanical penthouse which begins to collapse ~10 seconds before the North Facade begins to collapse. In all, the collapse takes ~16 seconds — much longer than free fall speed as often argued by “truthers”.
